Overview
It is reported that one of the partitions configured for the Parsing service was not receiving Data. It was also reported that the partition /applog had 100% utilization.
Solution
First, verify that the COUNTERSTATUS in CLI for Parsing Service and IPLog Parsing Services
Then verify that CDR writing is happening on the directory/partition that customer reported the problem:
Then check the partition health where 100% usage was reported using df -kh
If no issues reported the status to customer.
